Moore Creative & Co (est. 2022) is a Chicago-based online women’s boutique. Our founder Catrice Moore, born and raised in Chicago, has always had a passion for the arts. This passion has led her to fulfill her calling of crafting unique women’s apparel from scratch! More often than not many styles are reused and seem all too similar…but that’s why Moore Creative & Co. was created, so you never have to deal with that again. With an unmatched creative-intuition we are able to deliver an abundance of products that appeal to our customers in their own way. When showcasing our products on our website and social media (will include links here) we always want to ensure they’re as close to the real product as possible. Majority of the products on our site also offer a brief modeling of each product to give you an idea of what it looks like on the body. Although we create women's handbags from scratch, we also revamp and rework handbags as well. Sometimes handbags still look good as new, but have acquired a need for more flavor or a new vibe. That’s where I come in to allow my design to take over without bounds and limitations. While I don’t create bags on a per-need basis, there are still an ample amount of reworked bags to select from on my site. One of my favorite statement pieces of this realm is the “She From The Go” handbag which was originally a Fossil leather handbag turned into a stylish one of a kind item. The aim is to retain the essence of the original bag while infusing it with Moore Creative & Co creativity. This not only gives the handbag a second life but also ensures it’s truly unique. That’s what Moore Creative & Co. is all about - the bold, the daring, the unique - all in one. Reworking leather handbags is not just about fashion; it’s a statement about sustainability. The average handbag typically has a lifetime of around 1-6 years, depending on the bag maintenance, personal preference, season, etc. Through reworking and revamping, the lifetime of a bag is extended far beyond that. I truly take pride in playing my part in reducing waste and minimizing my environmental footprint, by repurposing existing materials. Moore Creative & Co. firmly believes that every reworked handbag redesigned tells a story of transformation and renewal, while celebrating both the craftsmanship of the original makers and further innovation behind my creativity.
